information. All of our customer fall under the guidelines
of the User Agreement.
Billing statements are mailed on the first
of each month, and payment is due upon receipt. Payments
not received by the 15th are considered delinquent.
Please remember that we offer the availability
to pay monthly with any of four major credit cards. Those
customers utilizing this service find it convenient and
hassle-free. Contact the Business Office for more information.
Payments not received by the 10th of the
following month may result in your service being interrupted
or disconnected.
We send disconnect notices on the 10th of
each month for any account past due more than 30 days.
You have until the 25th of that same month to pay or service
will be disconnected.
